These terms explain the basic rules for using Zingle while we build the product.

Zingle is a language learning app that helps users read, listen, save words, practice writing, review vocabulary, and learn with AI-powered support.
You may use Zingle for personal learning. You are responsible for using the app in a lawful and respectful way.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for the activity that happens through your account.
Please provide accurate account information and do not attempt to access another user's account, saved words, progress, or private learning data.
Learning and AI content
AI-generated explanations, lessons, feedback, practice tasks, and audio or transcription results may be imperfect, incomplete, or incorrect.
Zingle is a learning aid, not a professional translation, legal, medical, financial, academic, or certification service. You should use your own judgment when relying on generated content.
Your content
You may add text, URLs, files, or audio to My Library where supported. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use content you upload or import.
We may limit upload size, audio minutes, AI usage, or other features to protect product quality, security, and service costs.
Subscriptions and payments
Some features may require a paid plan, such as higher usage limits, premium audio, transcription, or advanced learning features.
Subscription and payment terms may be updated as pricing and billing features mature. Any paid plan should show key pricing and renewal information before purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, automate excessive requests, attempt to bypass limits, upload harmful content, attack the system, scrape private data, or use Zingle to violate someone else's rights.
We may apply fair-use limits, rate limits, or safety limits to free and paid accounts.
Account deletion or suspension
You may request account deletion. We may suspend or remove access if an account creates security risk, payment risk, abuse, legal risk, or violates these terms.
When an account is deleted, we will remove or anonymize related data where technically possible, subject to backups, logs, billing records, fraud prevention, and legal requirements.
Liability
Zingle is provided as an MVP learning product. We work to make it useful and reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or perfectly accurate.
To the extent allowed by law, Zingle is not responsible for indirect losses, learning outcomes, decisions made from AI-generated content, or issues caused by content you upload.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product, subscriptions, AI features, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page.
