This policy explains what Zingle collects, why we use it, and how private learning data should be protected.

Zingle may collect account information such as your email address, name, profile image, selected language, and selected CEFR level.
We store learning activity such as reading progress, saved words, clicked words, writing practice, review results, My Library items, task completion, subscription status, and basic app usage events.
How we use your data
We use your data to provide the app, personalize explanations and practice tasks, remember your progress, sync your learning activity, and help you continue from the right place.
Your saved words, progress, My Library content, and learning activity should remain private to your account. We should not expose one user's saved words, progress, or personal learning data to other users.
AI-powered learning
Zingle uses AI features to generate word explanations, phrase explanations, feedback, practice tasks, reading support, and audio or transcription features when available.
When you ask for an AI feature, the relevant text, word, phrase, level, language, or learning context may be sent to an AI provider so the feature can work. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
Progress and saved content
We store progress, saved words, reading activity, writing activity, review states, and My Library content so your learning history can be available across sessions and devices.
My Library items are intended to be private user-owned learning content, not public posts or shared community content.
Analytics
We may use basic analytics to understand which features are used, find errors, improve onboarding, and make the product better.
Analytics should be used to improve the product experience, not to publish or expose personal learning data.
Deletion
You can request account deletion and data deletion. When deletion is completed, we will remove or anonymize account data, learning data, saved words, progress, and user-owned content where technically possible.
Some records may remain for a limited time in backups, logs, fraud prevention, billing records, or legal compliance systems.
